Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking the classroom at Roundtable Life Skills, LLC. Below, you will find renter guidelines: 1. The location will be open/available 15 minutes before booking time. 2. The large trash can is available but needs to be taken out at the end of the booking. 3. All trash, materials, decorations, and equipment must be taken out by the end of the booking. 4. We ask that the property be returned in the same condition as when you arrived. 5. No drugs are permitted on the premises, and smoking must be done outside. 6. This is a place of business, so this location can only be used for organizational/business functions and meetings. 7. We ask the renter to be present at this booking at all times. 8. This location can not be used for personal functions (birthday parties, baby showers, bachelor/ bachelorate parties, gambling, etc). 9. The owner will arrive 10 minutes before the end of the booking to lock up the location and ensure everything is in order. 10. Any damage/repair or replacement cost needed after using this location will be billed to the renter. ****If renters occupy space past rented time, every 15 mins past the time will create an additional $50 charge.
